  What an amazing property. Annette and Peter were fantastic hosts and obviously loved sharing their passions. Walking the orchards, taking in the views was just delightful. One of the best pet friendly accommodations we've encountered. Our dog didn't want to leave!!!

  Beautiful views and setting, in my experience the service was sloppy and very unprofessional and really let them down. On top of the rudeness towards the guests, the water that was set out for guests had dirt and insects in it despite lids being on and the plastic cups were filthy. Very unsettling when their dogs were let out and was growling at the horse and cart that were used in the ceremony, potentially a very dangerous situation. Otherwise the property was beautiful.

  We had the best weekend! Peter and Annette were amazing hosts - generous with their time and utterly committed to making their property a quality experience for their guests. Bag End was enchanting. We didn't leave, despite our best intentions to explore Gippsland :-) And if the humans had a great time, our dog, Bill, had the best time. He joined the pack of Annette and Peter's assorted brood - including Baby, the calf, Baggins, the border collie, and Mr Wheels, the "bagel" - and romped himself to delighted exhaustion. A fabulous time for two-legged and four-legged visitors alike. Highly recommended if you like glorious views, local wines, quality accommodation, peace, peacocks and gracious hosts :-)

  We stayed here for our honeymoon. Peter and Annette were amazing, even brought us coffee and freshly baked croissants for breakfast!! The countryside is stunning and our whole stay was very relaxing!! Bag end is perfect for a self contained getaway!!!
